Jacuzzi Air BathsAn air bath differs from a whirlpool in that its massage is created by millions of bubbles rather than swirling water streams and tends to be more gentle than one created by whirlpool jets. All Jacuzzi Pure Air baths feature our patented 360° Balanced Air Flow System. This system delivers a balance flow of heat and air around the bather for a superior bathing experience with no cold spots. In addition to the 360° Balanced Air Flow System, our Pure Air baths provide an enjoyable bathing experience because all of our Pure Air baths feature a best in class heated air blower. The automatic blow drying function or purge cycle, cleans out excess moisture from the injectors after the system is turned off. Whirlpool Jets
Deep-tissue massage concentrates the therapeutic
power of water to your source of tension. With spacious
bathing wells and a multitude of jet placements that provide
for a totally customized experience. A jetted bath massages
by forcing a mixture of air and water through jets incorporated
into a bathtub. An air bath provides a gentler massage by
blowing air through the water.
There is one technology above all others that makes a whirlpool
bath a distinctive experience - jet technology. And as the
inventor and innovator of home hydrotherapy, no one understands
this element - and how important its performance is - better
than Jacuzzi.
PowerPro®
PowerPro® jets mix water and air from all directions in a one-to-one ratio, creating a broad, circular pattern of bubbles that caresses the entire body. The top of the Jacuzzi jet line - the most superior whirlpool jet in the industry. This oversized, high-flow rate jet efficiently delivers a powerful, accurate, and completely balanced water stream. PowerPro® jets offer high-volume with low-pressure all while delivering up to 45 gallons of water per minute. Most standard high-pressure jets deliver between 5 and 12 gallons of water per minute. Most of our competitors use smaller jets that are designed for high pressure and low volume. Unlike our PowerPro® jets which delivers a steady flow of water and air, they produce a very thin, hard stream of water that drills your body in one concentrated area. Our PowerPro® jets offer a fully customizable experience because they are both directionally and flow adjustable.
TheraPro™
Fully adjustable medium-sized jet, delivers up to 30 gallons of water per minute and an optimal 50/50 water to air ratio. This allows the user to therapeutically tailor every bathing experience. TheraPro™delivers a targeted, vigorous hydromassage that is always forceful, but never uneven or uncomfortable. And with adjustable flow rate and direction, TheraPro™gives users the opportunity to make each bathing experience truly their own.
AccuPro™
The smallest of the three jet types, is the AccuPro™ jet. It was created to provide precise, accurate, pinpointed directional flow to the neck, lower back and feet. AccuPro™ jets are directionally adjustable and deliver up to 9 gallons of water per minute.
Pure Air™ II
All Jacuzzi Pure Air Luxury baths contain our newest purging technology to ensure they drain quickly and completely. Equipped with water sensors near the drain, the sensors are used to detect water in the unit. When the sensors no longer detect any water for five minutes, the blower will come on and run for 2.5 minutes and runs at various speeds. To further ensure that all water is eliminated, an additional purge cycle is activated twenty five minutes after the first purge cycle ends and the blower runs an additional minute.
The Luxury Pure Air™ II units come shipped with a standard chrome drain kit and an actuator kit that drains the bottom air channel. The actuator kit is activated when the user turns the drain knob to open the drain of the tub. The new drain actuator is a unique feature on Jacuzzi’s Luxury Pure Air™ II baths.
Thermal Lumbar Comfort -TLC System
All Jacuzzi Pure Air baths feature at least one Thermal Lumbar Comfort area. With our exclusive TLC system, air channels continue up the lumbar area in a v-shape pattern allowing warm bubbles to caress the spine and loosen and soothe tired, tight back muscles.

Jacuzzi® PrO3™ Ozone System
Jacuzzi® is proud to introduce the Jacuzzi® PrO3™ ozone system as a standard feature on most Luxury Whirlpools, Salon™ Spas, all PureAir® and all Comfort Plus units. Ozone is one of nature’s most powerful oxidizers and can safely provide an additional level of sanitation to your bathing environment. Ozone kills bacteria, viruses, mold, mildew and fungi, yet reverts to oxygen when its job is done. The PrO3™ system comes factory installed and is virtually maintenance free.

Q: What is Ozone? What does it do?
A: Ozone is a natural oxidizer made of three molecules of Oxygen. It will kill bacteria, viruses, mold, mildew and fungi.
Q: What types of Ozone Systems are on our products?
A: We currently have two types of PrO3™ systems:
Whirlpool PrO3™ System – The current Jacuzzi PrO3™ system that is featured on our whirlpool is a water-borne system. It is automatically activated when the whirlpool is in use. It will permeate the water flowing through the pipes with Ozone.
PureAir and Salon™ Spa PrO3™ System – The current PrO3™ system that is featured on our PureAir baths and Salon™ Spas is an air-based system. It will automatically activate everyday for 30 minutes. Our air-based PrO3™ system fills the air channels with Ozone.
Q: Is there an up-charge for PrO3?
A: PrO3™ ozone system as a standard feature on most Luxury Whirlpools, Salon™ Spas, all PureAir® and all Comfort Plus units.
Q: What is the life expectancy of the Jacuzzi PrO3™ system?
A: Operating 30 minutes a day, the life expectancy of the PrO3™ system is 49 years.
Q: Does the PrO3™ system make noise? Will it be loud?
A: PrO3™ will make a sound that is equivalent to the sound a fish aquarium makes.
Q: Does the Jacuzzi PrO3™ system have an odor?
A: There is a pleasant odor – Ozone is created when lightning strikes, so you often smell Ozone after a Thunderstorm. Many manufacturer’s market this scent in air freshener products.
Q: Is PrO3™ safe? Where else is Ozone used?
A: Because Ozone is naturally found it is completely safe and is EPA and FDA approved. Ozone is often used in water purification, wine making, and food sanitization.
Q: What happens if someone is bathing when the system comes on?
A: If either system is activated while the bather is using the bath, there will be no affect on the user’s experience.
Q: What is the warranty on the PrO3™ system?
A: This feature is covered under our standard 90-day parts only warranty.
Q: Can I buy PrO3™ and retrofit it on my existing Jacuzzi whirlpool bath?
A: The PrO3™ system can only be purchased as a factory installed option. You can not retrofit this feature.
Q: Should I continue to use Systems Clean?
A: While PrO3™ will give the user added protection against bacteria and virus, we recommend that users continue to routinely clean their whirlpool system with Systems Clean. Together, Jacuzzi offers the most effective cleaning system on the market.
