Tubzlady.com respects your privacy. We use the information collected for the sole purpose of fulfilling your requests or orders. We do not share the information with any external company or person.
Prices
Due to manufacturer price increases, prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that the prices listed on our website are accurate. Tubzlady.com will not be held liable for any typographical or price errors.
Ordering
For security and accuracy reasons we only accept orders by phone. Call us Toll Free at (866) 380-0303.
Charges will be applied to your credit card at the time we process your order. We accept Visa & MasterCard. We also accept money orders, orders will be placed when funds are received.
All sales are considered final. Merchant charge backs are not allowed unless pre-approved. Please contact us with any concerns about your purchase. We do everything possible to make sure all out customers are satisfied with our products and services.
Shipping
We make every effort to deliver your product to your door. However, we can only request that deliveries are made residential. The freight company will have the option to decline that delivery. This will only occur if they are unable to get to you (for example a gated community or construction site). When this occurs you will be responsible for making other arrangements with that freight company. We have the right to waive any free shipping claims on tubs for those being delivered to remote areas.
We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order safely. It is your responsibility to make sure the product has not been damaged during shipping. Please inspect your order.
Freight Truck:
·Deliveries are curbside; you will need to unload the product from the truck. For other options please give us a call and we can quote special Shipping prices.
·When delivery is made you must:
·Maintain the delivery person on site until complete inspection of merchandise is made.
·Completely open box/crate, remove any packing material from around product.
·Inspect merchandise for any damage to piping, legs, acrylic, etc.
·If there is any damage note it on the delivery ticket.
·If the product is delivered in unusable condition you may refuse delivery.
·Sign delivery ticket only when inspection is complete and any damage is noted.
·Please take the time to inspect your merchandise immediately and follow these instructions or we will not be able to file a claim with the carrier who damaged the product. Therefore we will not be able to reimburse you for any costs necessary to fix a damaged item. If you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the product becomes your property and no claims will be considered.

Returns
·No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Please contact us prior to returning any items. All returns must have Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA) clearly marked on the package. No credit will be issued without this number.
·You have 30 days from the day of receipt to return items, that were not installed, in original condition and in original packaging. We can not accept returns of an item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts or an item that you have had for more than 30 days. You will be credited by check for the full amount minus shipping charges and restocking fees.Any tub or special orders may not be returned for any reason.
·There is a 25% or more (varies among manufacturers) restocking fee for all items returned for any reason unless product is defective or has been damaged in shipment. Buyer is also responsible for Shipping the item back to the manufacturer. All returns are subject to inspection and refund approval from the original manufacturer. Returns will not be accepted if we have not been notified within 10 days of receipt. It may take 60 days or more to process credits.
Cancelled Orders
If your order has not been shipped, your order can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. All cancelled orders will incur a 4% processing charge.Once an order has been shipped you will be subject to a restocking fee for items that are not damaged during shipping. Tubs and special or custom orders may not be cancelled; no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
